By downloading or using Spin It!, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Spin It! is a personal decision-making tool. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Pro features are available via an in-app purchase processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple directly. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

User-Generated Content

When you share a wheel using the share-link feature, you are responsible for the content of that wheel. Do not share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The outcomes of wheel spins are randomly generated and carry no guarantee or obligation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in release notes.
